Job Description

PURPOSE

According to the department’s overall strategy, build and maintain communication and collaboration platforms with key customers, in order to establish a solid foundation for effective communication with key customers on the platform; support the line manager and team in handling internal company business, including project application and approval processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Based on the department’s overall strategy, deeply understand the needs of key customers and key customer managers. In key markets, develop relevant cooperation with third-party platforms (including but not limited to relevant associations, societies, universities, or research organizations) to help the company build communication and collaboration platforms, effectively deliver communication messages, and enhance the company’s brand image. According to the department’s overall goals and needs, formulate development strategies and communication strategies for third-party platforms inkey areas; Establish and maintain good communication and long-term relationships between the company and key platforms; Work closely with key customers such as associations and societies within the region to ensure support at the levels of bidding, pricing, and medical insurance policy; Be responsible for overall project management, assist the line manager in initiating project applications, assist the line manager and department colleagues in completing the application process, and conduct project cost control, regularly track cost status, and report on a regular basis; Optimize and integrate departmental resources, and provide overall supervision and control over the implementation of resource planning. Analyze input and output, reasonably allocate regional and individual resources, and provide information support for the company management’s strategic planning; Strengthen cooperation among departments and collect and feedback market information in a timely manner; Complete other work assigned by the line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Level of Education

Bachelor’s degree or above; major in medicine, pharmacy, or marketing preferred

Working Experience in Relevant Field

5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing; 3+ years of experience as a key account manager or regional manager

Professional Knowledge and Skills

Proficient in using office software; strong cross-functional project communication and coordination skills; good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities
