The Gender Parity Network (GPN) is committed to realizing gender parity across Takeda by fostering the development and advancement of women through a strong, diverse, engaged community. In addition, Takeda is a Corporate Partner of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), which also falls under the umbrella of the GPN TRG.
We envision a Takeda where better business outcomes are driven by exceptional leadership and are fostered by a culture that values equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities regardless of gender or background.
It allows a safe environment to discuss issues facing female and non-binary colleagues in the workplace, it provides the ability to ask questions, get support, mentorship and coaching on how to deal with situations being faced. It gives a platform for issues to be raised at the top levels and for changes to be implemented. It's important for a truly diverse and inclusive organization to be able to listen to all voices
