We recognize that disability, whether permanent or temporary, is part of the human experience, at any age, for any reason. We thrive on the contributions of all and believe that embracing our differences makes Takeda a better place for everyone.

I joined EnAbles as a parent of a child with a disability to interact and engage with others in similar circumstances and as a People Manager to learn more about accessibility in the workplace.

I wanted to be involved with making the work environment accessible to all, thinking of my daughter who will someday enter the workforce.
