Job Description

Job Title:  Commercial Administrator ( 1 year contract)

Location:  Seoul, Korea

About the role: 

The Commercial Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team. While the role has limited direct involvement with AI, it is expected to actively support future process automation and digital transformation initiatives. Adaptability to digital tools and openness to AI-enabled workflows are essential to enhance operational efficiency and support the organization’s evolving needs.

How you will contribute: 

Overall

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing department.

  • Pre- and post-event compliance review (agenda, venue, materials, contracts) and KRPIA reporting & submission

  • HCP contracts, transportation, and expense validation and agency managing with TPRM review.

  • Communication and education on T&E and E&C requirements.

  • Finance reconciliation and PO management aligned with purchasing policies.

  • Manage documentation, handle sales requests, and coordinate internal and external communications.

  • Support marketing activities including events, promotions, and campaign logistics.

  • Utilize digital systems such as CRM and VEEVA for data entry and management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Compliance, and Procurement for administrative processes.

Digital And AI Capabilities

  • Takeda has integrated a range of digital and AI tools aimed at optimizing the functions of the Commercial Administrator. The role requires proficiency in these technologies to maximize their benefits.

  • Utilize Takeda's proprietary GenAI tool to automate and refine the preparation and management of supporting documents, thereby improving both quality and operational speed.

  • Employ automation tools, including RPA, chatbots, and data dashboards, to streamline routine tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.

  • Demonstrate adaptability to new digital platforms and AI-enabled tools as they are introduced within the organization, ensuring seamless integration and utilization.

  • Show openness to process automation and actively contribute to digital transformation initiatives, fostering an innovative work environment.

  • Enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities through AI tools, thereby supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging technologies and AI systems to continuously improve operational processes and support Takeda's evolving business needs.

What you bring to Takeda: 

Education, Behavioral Competencies And Skills: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a Commercial team is required

  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CRM, and other digital business tools. Ability to quickly adapt to emerging technologies and AI-enabled systems

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to quickly adapt to emerging technologies and AI-enabled systems

  • Openness to process automation and willingness to support digital transformation initiatives

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
