AbouttheRole
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for maximizing patient outcomes and drivingsustainablebusinessgrowthacrosstheHereditaryAngioedema(HAE)andTransplantportfoliowithinWesternAndalusiaandExtremadura.
The KAM develops strategicpartnershipswithhealthcarestakeholders,leadsaccountplanningandexecution,andcoordinatescross-functionalresourcestodelivervalue-basedsolutionsthatsupportpatients,healthcareprofessionals,healthcareorganizations,andTakeda.
KeyResponsibilities
•Developandexecutestrategicaccountplansalignedwithcustomerandbusinesspriorities.
•Buildtrustedrelationshipswithkeyhealthcarestakeholdersanddecisionmakers.
•Identifyopportunitiestoimprovepatientaccessandportfolioperformance.
•Leadcross-functionalaccountteamstoensurecoordinatedcustomerengagement.
•Utilizecustomerandmarketinsightstodrivebusinessdecisionsandaccountperformance.
•DeliverterritorysalesobjectiveswhileensuringcompliancewithTakedapoliciesandindustryregulations.
Qualifications
•Bachelor'sDegreeinLifeSciences,Pharmacy,Medicine,Biology,Business,orrelatedfield.
•Minimum5yearsofpharmaceuticalindustryexperience.
•Experienceinhospitalandspecialtycareenvironments.
•Strongstakeholdermanagement,communication,andinfluencingskills.
•Abilitytoworkeffectivelyincross-functionalteams.
•Validdrivinglicenseandwillingnesstotravelextensivelywithintheassignedterritory.
