HRビジネスパートナーリング アソシエイトディレクターは、山口県・光工場にて、工場の文化醸成とビジネスの優先事項を実現するため、人事戦略の実行・改善を幅広く担います。

サイトリーダーシップメンバーの信頼できるパートナーとなり、組織とビジネスの成長を支えます。

光工場の紹介

光工場は、山口県に位置する武田薬品工業の主要生産拠点です。

高品質な医薬品の安定供給を担い、最新技術と多様な人材の力でグローバル基準の安全・品質管理、持続的改善活動を推進しています。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

主な職務内容

  • 光工場における人事関連業務全般(プログラム開発、ポリシー管理、コンプライアンス等)の管理と実行
  • 組織パフォーマンス向上や変革管理、報酬などの人事課題に関して、クライアント部門へのコンサルテーション
  • 後継者計画・人材計画・従業員体験調査・報酬に関する周期的な人事プロジェクトのリード
  • 工場内の競争力強化につながる人事プログラムの企画・推進
  • 社内他部門やGMS&GQ Japan、グローバルサイトやファンクション等との連携・協働
  • HRベストプラクティスやトレンド情報の外部連携・活用
  • 光工場の組織文化浸透・啓発活動の推進
  • 工場長・経営層と連携した組織強化およびリーダー育成支援

応募資格

必須要件

  • 学士号(ビジネス・マネジメント・人事系歓迎)
  • 人事分野での5年以上の実務経験(HRジェネラリスト/スペシャリスト/HRビジネスパートナー)
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力

スキル・経験

  • クロスファンクショナルな環境で、複数部門や多様な関係者と協働した経験
  • グローバル環境での業務経験
  • 人事施策やプロジェクトの企画・運営経験
  • サイトリーダーや経営層、GMS&GQの関係部門と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
  • 分析・問題解決力とバランス感ある意思決定力
  • 法律知識を実践的に活かし現場マネジメントをサポートする力
  • 不明瞭な状況でも結果を出せる計画力・実行力

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

  • Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
