  • Manage pricing applications, reimbursement filings, and hospital tender processes, optimizing access outcomes
  • Design and negotiate innovative and outcomes-based agreements to unlock access opportunities
  • Drive evidence generation (HEOR & real-world data) to support compelling value propositions
  • Build strong relationships with payers, HTA bodies, clinicians, and policy stakeholders
  • Monitor and shape the external policy environment, including the impact of EU HTA and Nordic collaboration initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with HEOR, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory and Public Affairs teams to support launch readiness and lifecycle management

What you bring

Experience & expertise

  • Significant experience in market access, HTA, or health economics within pharma, biotech, consultancy, or public sector
  • Deep understanding of the Norwegian healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and HTA landscape
  • Strong expertise in health economics, value communication, and evidence generation (HEOR/RWE)
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive value narratives for decision-makers

Skills & capabilities

  • Strategic mindset with strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence in a matrix environment
  • Highly analytical, structured, and outcome-driven approach
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to build trusted external relationships

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Health Economics, Life Sciences, Finance, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and verbal)

Why join Takeda?

  • Be part of a patient-first organisation focused on delivering life-changing treatments
  • Work in a strategic role with visibility and impact on national access decisions
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams shaping future access models
  • Contribute to innovation in HTA, evidence generation, and access strategies
