About the role:
As a recognized expert within your business or function, you have comprehensive expertise in your discipline and broad knowledge across related areas. Join Takeda as a Brand Insights Lead where you will provide guidance in the most complex situations, lead teams or projects, and serve as a best practice/quality resource. As part of the Global Oncology Team, you will report to the Head of Insights for US Oncology.
How you will contribute:
Responsible for providing insights and analytics thought partnership to support the development and execution of brand strategies, as well as executing field activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
Conduct brand and salesforce analytics in partnership with Brand Leads and Advanced Analytics team for US OBU franchises, including all brands in respective therapeutic areas.
Support and strengthen core analytics capabilities (targeting, segmentation, promotional analytics, market assessments, customer assessments, patient journey analytics etc.) to support brand strategy
Collaborate with brand IBT Leads and cross functional partners to maintain a comprehensive understanding of brand health, risks and opportunities through an integrated analytics synthesis Conduct brand and Salesforce analytics in partnership with Brand Leads and Advanced Analytics team for US OBU franchises, including all brands in respective therapeutic areas.
Accountabilities:
Lead a proactive and systematic approach to capturing and understanding brand needs for standard and ad-hoc analytics, reporting and insights generation
Develop and maintain brand key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to brand teams
Plan and execute core analytics workstreams including targeting, segmentation, promotional analytics, Brand performance analytics, seamlessly integrating insights across workstreams
Partner with market research and CI team to identify customer needs, product awareness, positioning, messaging/effectiveness and competitive landscape
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand insights and analytics, as well as field execution strategies
Participate in the development and consolidation of KPI and business driving metrics in support of key brand review meetings
Collaborate with advanced analytics to expand insights on patient / customer journeys and predictive alerts
Develop and manage expectations, highlighting and resolving issues and ensuring regular communication of process enhancements
Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, including the Head, US Insights & Analytics and US leadership team through various communication channels
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; advanced degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand insights, and field execution in the pharmaceutical industry
Matrix partner management experience.
Experience implementing processes, procedures, market research and competitive intelligence in specialty biologics healthcare environment.
Manage matrix teams, influencing outcomes in strategic and specific to marketing in specialty pharmaceuticals

Boston, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$153,600.00 - $241,340.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
