Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze market sales trends for responsible product and provide reference for sales force in formulating sales target.
- Develop market promotion strategy and concrete action plan for responsible product to improve market value.
- Organize and implement market promotion plan for responsible product and keep tracking the effectiveness to support sales target achievement.
- Organize various marketing activity and attend workshop to improve scientific image of responsible product.
- Develop, manage and allocate annual sales & marketing budget for responsible product to ensure maximum output.
- Provide related training programs covering market competition situation and sales & marketing tool utilization to sales force to improve their understanding of responsible product.
Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
Bachelor Degree or above, Medical Science, Pharmacy or Sales & Marketing background is preferred.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
3-8 years of sales & marketing working experiences in pharmaceutical industry (8+ years for SPM, 5+ years for PM, 3+ years for APM)
ProfessionaI Knowledge and Skills
Skilled in using computer office software
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills and organizing ability.
