Responsible for end-to-end HK & Macau supply chain and distribution management. Provide logistic and distribution insights/support to special cases such as clinical study, new product launch,
Key tasks include the following:
Demand planning:
- Work with global and China supply chain team, HK Business, HK Regulatory, HK Quality and global Manufacturers to handle local demands.
Logistic management:
- Monitor and track the shipments, resolve deficiency and deal with changes.
- Inbound shipment & local logistic management, key contact point of 3PL, review all logistic costs.
- Work with 3PL to handle importation license or import permit for controlled drugs.
Inventory management:
- Monitor & communicate with regional distribution centers and external HK & Macau distributors for inventory management in relevant warehouses.
- Responsible for material & inventory management in Takeda's SAP system.
- Collaborate with various functions to ensure effectiveness of change in particular matters.
- Monitor the repackaging tasks, manage external supplier for repackaging materials.
- Responsible for daily inventory operations including stock take.
Distribution management:
- Internal alignment with HK commercial and finance team for monthly company sales.
- Key contact person of distributors, manage monthly sales orders with distributors.
- Review and book sales rebate, special price claim, free goods, etc.
- Responsible for to market price implementation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of supply chain related experiences, good understanding of pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, good interpersonal skills, analytical skills.
- Capability to manage different tasks and apply digital technologies & tools to improve efficiency, provide insights.
- Fluency in Cantonese, with a good command of both spoken and written English.
