Takeda Resource Groups
Takeda Resource Groups (TRGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups composed of members with similar backgrounds and life experiences as well as supportive allies. Collectively, they represent a diverse and global community helping to foster an inclusive work environment across the company.
TRGs are open to all employees, not just those who identify with a particular community. We're proud of the vital work these groups do to strengthen our culture and lead initiatives that positively impact patients, communities, employees and our workplace.
