Meet MOSAIC
MOSAIC believes that our global, hybrid, multicultural and multilingual workforce enriches our daily lives. It expands our views of the world to be able to look at things differently and provides an opportunity to grow.
MOSAIC aims to be a network celebrating, raising awareness, supporting and empowering employees with a migration background as well as their allies. We want to achieve this by:
- Creating a supportive space to connect, exchange relocation experiences, and for members to learn from one another.
- Fostering a culture of understanding and inclusivity by raising awareness about the unique challenges faced by members (e.g., intercultural adaptation, tax considerations, healthcare, citizenship, etc.) as well as available resources, including local community assistance, and childcare services.
- Embracing the diverse and interconnected aspects of the various dimensions of diversity to foster community.
