MTO Service Owner
Location: Santa Fe, Mexico City (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do
The MTO Service Owner will play a key role in supporting the observability, telemetry, and monitoring of the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex technical issues into real-world business impacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the monitoring and observability of servers and critical infrastructure components.
- Utilize tools such as Splunk, ThousandEyes, and CloudWatch to ensure system health and performance.
- Identify and respond to system anomalies proactively to prevent service disruption.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure.
- Translate technical issues and risks into understandable, actionable business impacts.
- Work within an Agile Delivery framework.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Conversational fluency in English (most meetings and communications are in English).
- Understanding of observability, telemetry, and system monitoring.
- Technical background in infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role or as a Service Owner.
Preferred:
- Experience with monitoring tools:
- Splunk
- ThousandEyes
- CloudWatch

- Critical thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to assess how small actions can have wide-ranging technical impacts.
- Capable of working independently and taking full ownership of assigned processes.
- Comfortable in a no-micromanagement culture that values trust and accountability.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate global meetings and time zones.
