Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
Main duties:

  • Comply and follow process Warehousing, GDP and GMP

  • Ensure rejected material per two months or maximum 70% from capacity.

  • Ensure product return and product recall processes are in accordance with procedures.

  • Conduct the stock taking once in a year.

  • Being auditee of Self Inspection, internal and external audit including Halal Management.

  • Comply with applicable EHS regulations in their respective work areas and in the factory area.

  • Support WH Manager in WH Project.

  • Ensure that all attachments in the warehouse are available and updated and well-documented.

  • Prepare and make plans for investigation as Lead Investigator in the WH.

  • Report training plan and record.

  • Ensure report temperature monitoring in Warehouse per month.

  • Create CCR for any changes in Warehouse.

  • Validate and Qualify Warehouse's equipment and room.

  • Ensure no deviation and CAPA GMP overdue.

  • Ensure all materials are stored in accordance with procedures.

  • Assure all GMP related procedures in Warehouse comply to regulation.

  • Revise and create risk assessments in Warehouse comply to regulation.

  • Responsible for reviewing and developing SOP of Warehouse Dept.

  • Support budget planning and forecasting activities with Line Manager.

  • Supervise internal and external warehouse staff, schedule daily activities, and monitor execution.

  • Manage external services in the warehouse (e.g., cleaning, maintenance) and coordinate with contract warehouses.

  • Directly handle operational issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Act as Warehouse and Distribution Manager in the absence of the incumbent.

  • Conduct warehouse inspections including AC filter replacement, pallet cleaning, curtain washing, and temperature/RH monitoring

  • Ensure inventory accuracy, timely system transactions, and proper cycle counting with corrective actions for discrepancies.

  • Manage delivery processes via SAP, including creating delivery numbers, confirming picking lists, and issuing purchase orders for equipment, supplies, or services.

  • Verify CPB and CKB before handover to production and packaging.

  • Oversee temperature and scale monitoring for goods in transit and warehouse storage.

  • Prepare and coordinate administrative documentation, supporting audits and reporting.

  • Lead and participate in EHS, P2K3, and emergency response teams, including Class D and C firefighting teams.

  • Complete mandatory quality and EHS training, refresh SOPs, and manage CAPA for warehouse and supply chain areas.

  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
