Job Description
1、负责区域内现场管理，持续提高现场8S、质量、生产力。
2、分析和排除设备及设施简单故障，在规定范围内调整设备、设施参数以达到最优生产结果。
3、根据SOP、GMP及EHS相关要求完成日常生产操作，达成项目、产量、质量目标。
4、负责区域内员工培训及考核及员工技能提高，包括试用期员工管理。
5、负责区域内员工目标设定、绩效评估及面谈。
6、根据生产计划，安排人员排班，合理分配资源，完成生产线任务。
7、跟踪实施制剂区域内的改善活动，并进行评估。
8、及时处理现场发生的异常情况并调查原因，负责CAPA的实施。
9、负责制剂SOP、FORM更新；起草变更、偏差等文件；负责批记录及其它记录的审核。
10、确保良好地激励生产团队及其他职能良好的合作关系。
11、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
