Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

本岗位负责协助制定整体抑那通市场策略，注重推进VBP策略的落地实施，积极推广产品所在领域适应症，确保市场产品的有效应用与顾客价值最大化。

主要职责

协助产品策略制定

• 协调产品各适应症推广策略、业务计划及跟进

• 深度参与Business Plan等，主导制定产品差异化市场准入策略、竞争策略及生命周期管理策略

集采战略制定与执行：​​

• 深度跟踪、分析及解读国家与省级药品集中采购政策动向，评估其对产品的潜在影响。

• 负责集采产品的长期业务预测与财务测算，为管理层提供关键决策依据。

• 领导制定并执行集采中选/未中选情景下的全方位应对预案（包括市场、销售、渠道、供应链协同）。

跨部门协作与领导力：​​

• 高效协同营销、市场准入、医学、供应链、财务等内部团队，确保集采策略的完美落地与业务目标的达成。

• 具备强烈的主人翁意识，能够主动牵头复杂项目，驱动跨部门协作，解决问题。

分析与优化：​​

• 监控市场动态和竞争情报，持续评估营销活动的有效性，并基于数据做出快速调整。

• 确保所有市场活动严格遵守国家法律法规及公司合规政策。

呈现与沟通：​​

• 具备出色的幻灯片制作和演讲呈现能力，能向内外客户及管理层进行清晰、有说服力的沟通。

Qualifications & Skills:

• 医学、药学、生物学等相关专业本科及以上学历

• 必须具备3年以上医药行业产品/市场管理经验，拥有咨询背景或者策略制定管理经验优先

• 卓越的集采政策分析解读能力

• ​​成熟的集采应对策略制定与项目管理能力

• ​​出色的成熟产品生命周期管理能力

​​• 强大的数据敏感度和长期业务测算能力

​​• 优秀的跨部门组织、协调和沟通能力​​

​​• 流利的英文书面和口语表达能力​​

​​• 精通PPT制作和演讲技巧
