About the Opportunity
This position will be part of the Human Resources (HR) team with a focus on supporting regional operations (South America), providing support in strategic HR agendas. This role is ideal for those who wish to understand HR’s role as a strategic partner, develop a global outlook, innovate, anticipate trends, and actively contribute to transformative projects that connect people, technology, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support in talent potential review and performance evaluation (including the 9-Box methodology), with interface in organizational climate analysis, mapping, and monitoring of gaps, always with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation;
Support with cross-functional groups for implementation of initiatives, process standardization, and occasional participation in regional forums;
Assist in controlling and updating HR processes and indicators using Excel/Power BI;
Support in the execution and communication of regional climate surveys, as well as engagement of the involved countries for the development of action plans (when and if needed);
Support in the standardization and updating of documents together with teams across the region;
Interface and support for the design and execution of training and development actions (support in planning, attendance control, communication, and effectiveness assessment—as required);
General administrative activities: updating spreadsheets, monitoring indicators, organizing documents, and preparing presentations;
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (preferably from the 2nd year onward);
Availability to intern for a minimum period of 2 years;
Availability for a hybrid schedule: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday to Thursday) and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Friday);
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (will be considered a differentiator);
Advanced English and Spanish (desirable, especially for interaction with other countries in the region);
A curious, flexible, and collaborative profile, with an interest in innovation, technology, and multicultural environments;
