Job Description

Missão

Atuar diretamente na jornada dos pacientes com SIC-FI/ Angioedema hereditário através do mapeamento do gaps e gargalos, desenvolvimento de soluções, implementação de projetos, proatividade, interagindo com stakeholders no mercado privado e classe médica visando a melhoria na jornada do paciente, ampliação da conscientização dos profissionais de saúde, visando emponderá-los com informações para sua tomada de decisão sobre o tratamento ideal para o paciente e de acesso ao tratamento.

Responsabilidades

  • Promoção ética e estratégica de produtospara doenças raras, com foco em especialidades de alta complexidade (ex.: imunologia, pediatria), respeitando as diretrizes de Compliance da Takeda.

  • Compreensão profunda da jornada do paciente, propondo soluções para mitigar barreiras ao diagnóstico, tratamento e adesão.

  • Relacionamento com stakeholders-chave, incluindo médicos, KOLs e centros de tratamento, construindo parcerias sustentáveis e planos de ação regionais.

  • Participação ativa em eventos científicos, liderando iniciativas educacionais e programas de conscientização sobre doenças e terapias.

  • Colaboração com times multifuncionais, como marketing, acesso e vendas, garantindo alinhamento estratégico e execução integrada.

  • Gestão de informações e relatórios de campo, com análise de dados e insights sobre o ecossistema médico e concorrência.

  • Atuação com liderança e influência positiva, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e resolutivo.

  • Tomada de decisão alinhada ao modelo PTRB(Paciente, Confiança, Reputação, Negócios), com foco em impacto sustentável e ético.

Pré Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior Completo.

  • Cursos Acesso, MBA, Pós Graduação em Gestão de Negócios, Gestão Comercial (Desejável).

  • Disponibilidade total para Viagens (80% do tempo).

  • Experiencia em ambiente Hospitalar e trabalho cross functional entre áreas (pode ser um diferencial).
