ROLE OBJECTIVE

  • Responsible for maximising utilisation and patient outcomes of the Takeda offering (portfolio of pharmaceutical products and services) in designated territories/accounts
  • Drive account stakeholder relationships; develop and monitor long-term relationships between Takeda, the account and its key stakeholders
  • Promote oncology products: increase product awareness, answer queries , establish professional relationship with costumers

  • Sales Skills: Ability to engage potential customers, present product benefits clearly, handle objections, and close sales in a manner that builds long-term professional relationships.
  • Confidence: C building trust with stakeholders, customers, and healthcare professionals. It empowers you to communicate persuasively, advocate for Takeda’s offerings, and handle challenging situations with composure.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: fostering productive relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. Clear, impactful communication to ensure that information is conveyed effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple accounts, stakeholders, and tasks. Prioritizing activities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that all commitments to customers and patients are fulfilled efficiently.

Experience and Education

  • B.C.s biology from Tel Aviv University or equivalent
  • Experience in managing customer relationships across the full spectrum of customer types in healthcare industry.
  • Account management experience desirable.
  • Therapy and Product area knowledge
  • Healthcare environment knowledge
