About the role

We are looking for a Pricing & Value Proposition Manager to lead the development and execution of pricing and reimbursement strategies for pipeline products, while protecting and maximizing the value of our in-market portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical evidence, health economics, data-driven decision making and strategic leadership. You will operate in a fast-evolving pricing and access landscape, leveraging advanced analytics and digital tools to generate insights, while applying strong human judgment to shape high-impact strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

Pricing & Value Strategy

  • Develop and implement national pricing and reimbursement strategies for pipeline and marketed products.

  • Build strong clinical value dossiers, clearly articulating product differentiation, strengths and limitations.

  • Design pricing scenarios, budget impact and cost-effectiveness models, as well as innovative access solutions.

Data, Analytics & Tech Forward Enablement

  • Use advanced analytical and digital tools to model scenarios, assess risks and support pricing decisions.

  • Translate complex clinical, economic and market data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Monitor competitive dynamics, policy changes and market signals using structured data and digital tracking.

Launch Excellence & Lifecycle Management

  • Ensure pricing and value readiness for new product launches through early scenario planning and risk anticipation.

  • Continuously monitor launched products to protect pricing, reimbursement conditions and long-term value.

  • Apply lifecycle management principles to optimize value across different stages of the product lifecycle.

  • European & Global Alignment

  • Contribute to European HTA (Joint Clinical Assessment) requirements, supporting evidence strategies across therapeutic areas.

  • Collaborate closely with Global and EUCAN teams to ensure alignment and consistency of pricing and access strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication

  • Work in close collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, Finance, Supply and PVA teams.

  • Present clear, persuasive and data-backed recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Influence decision-making by combining robust analysis with strong storytelling and strategic perspective.

Project Ownership & Execution

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects with high autonomy, ensuring delivery on time and in line with strategic objectives.

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance and quality across all pricing and reimbursement activities.

Skills & qualifications

Experience & Expertise

  • Experience in Market Access, Pricing and/or Reimbursement (recommended minimum 3 years).

  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system and pricing and reimbursement processes.

  • Solid understanding of clinical evidence and health economic principles.

  • Analytical & Digital Capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in economic modelling, scenario analysis and data interpretation.

  • Comfortable working with digital and analytical tools to support decision making.

  • Ability to combine data-driven insights with strategic judgment.

  • Strategic & Influence Skills

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to optimize product value and influence complex decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex topics into clear messages.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
