Job Description
About the Role
Takeda’s Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to support key digital initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance digital patient solutions and optimize business outcomes within the pharmaceutical industry.
You will gain hands-on experience in digital campaign management and patient-focused digital health solutions. The role requires coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver value-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
NGCE: Digital Campaign Coordination
Collaborate with external partners managing outbound campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Coordinate with business partners supporting various Business Units (BUs) to follow end-to-end digital campaign processes, including performance tracking and metrics evaluation.
Digital Health Projects
Provide general support in 1-2 digital patient solution projects, such as:
a) Tracking usage metrics and ensuring actionable insights.
b) Drafting user testing protocols and gathering user feedback.
c) Preparing project documentation and general task coordination.
Specific projects include supporting the FYWY TDH App and conversational AI initiatives initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in English: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive mindset: Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Strong writing skills: Ability to draft clear, concise, and professional content.
Familiarity with digital tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Passion and curiosity for data, technology, and innovation in healthcare.
