Job Description
About the role
Takeda’s manufacturing site in Round Lake, Illinois, produces life-saving therapeutics for patients worldwide. The Site Engagement Programs & Executive Support Associate Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering site-wide employee engagement programs and supporting site leadership through structured forums, events, and executive-ready materials.
How you will contribute
Site Engagement & Program Delivery
Plan and execute site-wide engagement programs and events across all shifts.
Coordinate employee town halls, leadership forums, and listening sessions.
Facilitate small-group engagement forums such as fireside chats.
Develop visual storytelling assets, including presentations, photography, and short videos.
Prepare executive-ready presentation materials aligned with Takeda standards.
Track participation and feedback to improve engagement effectiveness.
Executive & Site Leadership Support
Provide direct executive support to the Site Head and leadership team.
Coordinate leadership meetings, calendars, and site visits.
Support meeting preparation, follow-up, and action tracking.
Maintain organized records to support audit-ready site operations.
What you bring to Takeda
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in employee engagement, program coordination, or executive support roles.
Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments is preferred.
Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 skills required.
Important considerations
Physical demands & working environment
Work is primarily sedentary in an office setting; walking throughout the site and between buildings may be required; personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when visiting manufacturing facilities.
Other Job Requirements
This position supports a manufacturing site and requires an on-site presence five days per week, and travel to the manufacturing location as needed.

USA - IL - Round Lake Innovation ParkU.S. Base Salary Range:
$99,500.00 - $156,420.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
