About the Role:

Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and lifecycle management of analytical laboratory equipment? Takeda is hiring an Equipment Lifecycle QC (Senior) Associate to drive operational excellence in Quality Control!

What you bring to Takeda:

• Manage lifecycle activities for analytical equipment, including calibrations, qualifications, maintenance, and technological updates.
• Coordinate and plan equipment qualifications, maintenance, and new technology trials.
• Ensure proper documentation updates and data management using systems like LABWARE or Regulatory Asset Manager.
• Author and review maintenance procedures and provide technical training/support to QC laboratory colleagues.
• Handle deviations, investigations, and CAPA processes for lab equipment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to mitigate data integrity risks.
• Propose innovative practices and process enhancements
• Participate in cross-departmental improvement initiatives
• Develop proficiency in critical skills like digital tools and software.

How you will contribute:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Bioengineering) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical equipment qualification and maintenance (pharmaceutical GMP).
• Knowledge in lab analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC-MS, FTIR, ELISA and others is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Assertive and adaptive under stress.
• Fluent communication in French and English.

Important Considerations:

At Takeda, our patients rely on us to create quality products, and we aim to create a safe environment for our team members. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product or putting anyone at the site in harm's way. In this role, you may:

• Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.

• Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.

• Work in a cold, hot environment and load manual handling.

• Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.

• Work around chemicals and biologicals products that may require specific protection (respiratory, skin, etc.).
