THE OPPORTUNITY 

As an Organizational Change Management Senior Analyst, you will collaborate on initiatives to implement and monitor Change Management activities, taking more ownership in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring stakeholder needs are met. You will play an active role in promoting communication and training strategies for a seamless transition during change initiatives.

As a Change Management and Communications professional, you will focus on preparing and supporting people during an anticipated change, through well-planned change activities to help them embrace change more effectively and realize the value of Takeda’s transformation projects or initiatives.  

Your work involves analyzing situations and data, exercising judgment within established procedures and fostering productive relationships internally and externally. You must showcase solid knowledge of industry practices and contribute to departmental projects and goals. 

OBJECTIVES

  • Accompany the operational implementation of all Change Management services to deliver an excellent experience during times of change.

  • Execute Change Management and Communications activities to support the adoption of new processes and technology to achieve our digital ambitions, ensuring an exceptional end user experience.

  • Prepare Change Management assets, based on a defined strategic approach.

  • Contribute to monitor the change effectiveness.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Change Management and Communications service delivery to effectively support change and provide an exceptional end user experience. 
Services include (but not limited to):    

  • Collaboration in the execution end to end Change Management & Communications services for digital technology implementations.

  • Collaboration in the execution of the defined training approach with training team members to deliver an exceptional user experience: Training Materials, Training Effectiveness, Training Approach, Training Needs Assessment, Curriculum, LMS, etc.    

  • Execution of the defined communications and engagement activities to support adoption .  

  • Collaboration with Communications team members to deliver an exceptional user experience.

  • Monitor the change based on process dataand additional gathered information.

  • As a member of the Change and Communications team, support other team activities as needed and participate in OCM community activities to support internal collaboration and capability building. 

  • Apply the C&C methodology and best practices used in Takeda’s organization for deliverables.

  • All other duties reasonably required of the position.

SKILLS

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise

Experience with implementations for small-medium programs with medium knowledge of operational steps such as Change Impact Assessment, Change Action Plan, Communications Planning, Training Needs Assessment, Training Curriculum, Readiness Assessment, etc. 

Decision-making and Autonomy

  • Follow up on relevant plans to ensure end-to-end deliverables execution for the effective management of change.

  • Collaborate with team members to identifyneeds, objectives,risksand improvement opportunities

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with relevant team members to the success of our services.

  • Be proactive and use resources to learn more about the business, processes and projects.

  • Be resourceful and leverage various assets and technology to complement your job

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in related specialization area such as Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or related.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Change Management in a global setting preferably in an IT function. Proven experience in digital transformation, particularly with exposure to cross-functional areas.

  • Intermediate understanding of CM methodologies, training delivery, and metrics tracking.

  • Ability to problem-solve and identify improvement opportunities proactively.  

  • Experience in managing change in a diverse data and digital technology landscape.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal English) to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

  • Ability to work successfully in multi-cultural teams to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Open to new ways of working and applying new methodologies.

  • Experience supporting OCM projects.

A PLUS IF

  • Hands-on experience in people experience programs, particularly onboarding and talent development initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to translate feedback into meaningful improvements.

  • Experience facilitating collaboration forums and workshops to foster alignment, gather insights, and co-create solutions with diverse audiences.

  • Comfortable using platforms such as Viva Engage, SharePoint, Miro, and Microsoft Teams to design, organize, and deliver content that fosters engagement and supports team alignment.

Tools and Technology

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experienced in using Change Management methods and tools to facilitate organizational change.
