Join us at BioLife, part of a global healthcare leader, as we expand our European marketing presence.

As Marketing Manager CZ, you will lead the development and execution of the full marketing strategy for BioLife in the Czech Republic — helping to attract new plasma donors, increase donor engagement and retention, and build lasting brand awareness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Czech marketing plan, aligning with EU-wide brand strategy

  • Own the end-to-end donor journey — from awareness, consideration to retention and referrals

  • Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, CRM, and PR

  • Collaborate with local agencies and internal partners to deliver powerful, on-brand communications

  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to shape marketing strategy

  • Manage external vendors and oversee the local marketing budget

  • Drive adoption of performance marketing tools including SEO, PPC, and CRM to increase donor acquisition and loyalty

  • Represent BioLife in collaboration with government stakeholders, donor centers, and community partners

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing within FMCG or pharmaceutical/healthcare industries

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, analytic data-driven approach to campaign execution

  • Proven success in digital media understanding, CRM marketing, digital content optimization, and integrated campaigns

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and levels

  • Self-driven with an eagerness to learn, works independently, while being adaptable and proactivecontributing effectively to our team

  • Fluent in English and CZ
