Job Description
Resumen del Puesto:
El Analista Senior de Cuentas a Cobrar será responsable de liderar y ejecutar las actividades relacionadas con la gestión de cuentas a cobrar, garantizando la precisión en los registros contables, el cumplimiento de los plazos de cobro y la mejora continua del proceso. Este rol es clave para asegurar un flujo de caja saludable, minimizar riesgos de incobrabilidad y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes internos y externos.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Administrar el ciclo completo de cuentas a cobrar, desde la emisión de facturas y recibos hasta la conciliación de pagos.
- Realizar seguimiento proactivo de cuentas vencidas y coordinar acciones de cobranza con clientes.
- Analizar y resolver discrepancias en las cuentas de clientes, incluyendo notas de crédito, ajustes y disputas.
- Preparar reportes periódicos de aging de cuentas, indicadores de performance (DSO, % de morosidad, etc.) y análisis de tendencias.
- Colaborar con los equipos de administración de ventas y supply chain para asegurar la correcta imputación de pagos y resolución de conflictos.
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas, brindando soporte documental y explicaciones sobre movimientos de cuentas.
- Contribuir a la mejora de procesos, implementación de automatizaciones y optimización de herramientas de gestión.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, normativas contables y requisitos fiscales locales e internacionales.
- Mantener relaciones efectivas con clientes clave, promoviendo una comunicación clara y profesional.
