Job Description
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to transform Trade Operations
- Implement a Customer Relationship Management tool & Artificial Intelligence technology capabilities to optimize Trade Operations delivery of PTRB.
- Collaborate with Trade Operations Leadership team to digitally optimize KPIs including, but not limited to, supply-related customer impacts and 3PL effectiveness
- Provide Trade Operations Project Management for both departmental & USBU cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with US Business Units, DD&T, Finance, and Global, Manufacturing, & Supply

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- As a Trade Operations leadership team member, foster a culture of inclusion & teamwork
- Manage an evolving team and lead across the Trade Operations function
- Coordinate with Trade Operations leadership team to lead cross-functional projects related to USBU operations.
- Create and maintain an innovative road map focused on leveraging digital technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Trade Operations and AD of Business Process and Takeda IT as needed.
- Lead the deployment of a CRM system integrated with AI capabilities to streamline trade operations. This includes automating routine tasks, improving data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to enhance the delivery of PTRB
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies Trade Operations and associated stakeholders can leverage to improve PTRB by establishing and maintaining both internal DD&T and external relationships
- Drive routine task automation, improving data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to enhance the delivery of PTRB to USBU Customers
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital projects within the Trade Operations department and across the US Business Units (USBU). Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment between PAMA (Patient and Market Access) and senior leaders from various departments. This includes coordinating efforts with US Business Units, Digital Development & Technology (DD&T), Finance, and Global Manufacturing & Supply to ensure cohesive and integrated strategies

- Knowledge of Trade Operations role within the pharmaceutical industry

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7 + years of leveraging technology ( e.g. ERP systems, Salesforce Cloud, or data aggregators) to enhance corporate efficiency and improve customer outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams with and without formal authority across multiple functions
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Advanced degree or certification
- Project Management Institute, Lean, or SixSigma certification
- Previous experience with SAP ERP systems
- Proven experience managing commercial, digital, and customer experience initiatives

Massachusetts - VirtualU.S. Base Salary Range:
$153,600.00 - $241,340.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives.
