  • 配合区域大客户团队、市场准入团队、销售培训发展和执行区域活动，参与区域和部分国家级KOL活动及负责产品顺利进入进院，以及员工培训等。 向区域销售总监反馈市场趋势，部门职责所需求的其他相关工作。

Qualifications & Skills

教育背景

本科或以上学历，医、药专业或医、药市场营销专业为佳

相关领域工作经验

5年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验，2年团队管理经验

专业知识与技能

熟练使用计算机办公软件

具备一定的英语听说读写能力

具有较强的沟通协调和横向合作能力，良好的人员管理能力

正直诚实，能承受压力
