Job Description
PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:
Este rol es responsable de brindar liderazgo estratégico y gerencial desde el área de asuntos médicos en el área terapéutica de hemato-oncología. Este rol contribuye al desarrollo del portafolio asignado poniendo en el centro las necesidades y la seguridad del paciente.
Este rol le reporta al Medical Affairs Head de Colombia y está basado en Bogotá.
RESPONSABILDADES:
- Desarrollar y supervisar las actividades médicas en el área terapéutica de hemato-oncología garantizar la ejecución de los planes médicos.
- Mantener un nivel alto de conocimiento médico y comprensión del entorno general del tratamiento y atención medica en el área terapéutica.
- Crear estrategias convincentes que satisfagan las necesidades médicas.
- Crear y ejecutar el plan médico del área teniendo en cuenta el plan de marca, la estrategia médica y los lineamientos globales.
- Representar un liderazgo cross funcional en diferentes grupos de interés.
- Colaborar con el Medical Affairs Head para la gestión de personas dentro del área.
- Contribuir y proporcionar la revisión médica de los materiales promocionales para reuniones científicas, simposios y otras actividades de educación médica, de acuerdo con las regulaciones aplicables y las políticas y procedimientos de Takeda.
HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA:
- Profesional en Medicina.
- Experiencia comprobada en roles con relacionamiento médico en la industria farmacéutica.
- Deseable experiencia previa como MSL de al menos 3 años.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia apoyando la ejecución y gestión de la estrategia médica para marcas de alto costo en la industria farmacéutica.
- Conocimiento del sistema de salud colombiano.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo.
- Capacidad para relacionarse con diferentes stakeholders.
- Capacidad para generar consenso en situaciones difíciles.
- Pensamiento estratégico.
- Capacidad para crear un ambiente que inspira y permite a las personas avanzar en la organización.
- Capacidad de innovación.
- Compromiso con fomentar la diversidad, la equidad y el entorno inclusivo
