The Opportunity

As anIntelligent AutomationSenior Engineer,you will be combining technical skills on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop)and/or Appianwith your business acumen and curiosity, you will craftautomationsolutions that enable digital transformation within Takeda. You will consult/embed with business teams to develop business productivityand automationsolutions.

Responsibilities

• A detailed professional who knows howintelligent automationsupports client business needs.

• You will lead and craft Automation solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge with colleagues all over the globe. 

• You havea strong senseof logical process, and can translate business requirements into technical steps, as well as make recommendations for process improvement to the benefit of your clients.

• You will be the liaison between clients, colleagues, and business partners in delivering solutions.

• You are an excellent communicator with strong client management skills, and a real passion for technology.

• You enjoy partnering with your clients to develop and lead a technology plan supported byautomation, and you have experience working as a consultant.

• Responsible for mentoring and reviewingdeliverablesof more junior team members.

• Collaborate with agile team members to craft clear user stories and continuously deliver product increments.

• Estimate work based on user stories and functional requirements or wireframes. 

Skills and Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science ora relatedstudy, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience indeveloping onMicrosoft Power Platform.

• Expertexperience with building automations using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.

• Hands-on experience in API and back-end development with C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Experience building solutions onAppianplatform is a plus!

• Experience in stakeholder relationship management. Influential in orchestrating key stakeholders and product teams to turn product vision into reality.

• Understanding ofDevOps concepts and exposure totopics like version control, automated deployments, backlogtrackingetc. 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.

• Extensive experience in design or in implementing solutions or products and preferableexperiencedin quality improvement.

• Understand design thinking and can explain and convince stakeholders.

• Work with virtual/agile teams indifferent locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.User experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Adept at analyzing complex technical issues,identifyingroot causes, and implementing effective solutions. Proficient in debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting mobile/web applications.

• Proficiencyin English in both verbal and written communication isa must.
