OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

Asour Platform Engineeryouwill

Combining technical skills on Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with your business acumen and curiosity, you craft solutions that enable digital transformation within Takeda.

Consult / Embed with business teams to lead the development of business productivity applications.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (various preferred)
Experience in Agile development.

Facilitates a culture that is open for innovation and automation and removes barriers to an effective automation culture

Ability to promote innovative thinking and self development.

A detailedprofessionalwhoknowshowPowerApps and Power Platform supports client business needs.
Adept at craftingPowerApps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impartyour knowledge with colleaguesall over the globe.
Youhave a strong sense of logicalprocess, and can translate business requirementsinto technical steps, aswellas make recommendations for processimprovement to the benefit of your clients.
Youwill be the liaison between clients, colleagues, and business partners in delivering solutions.
Youenjoypartnering with your clients to develop and lead a technology plan supported by Power Platform, and youhaveexperience working as a consultant.
Youhave more thanthreeyears of experience in system design, application development, software engineering, or otherrelatedexperience.
You are a self-starter and creative thinker.
You are passionate about Power Platform and itspotential to moveorganizationsforward.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Bachelors degree or equivalentexperience.

8+ Experience in Cloud and OnPrem Networking and Architecture

Excellentoral and writtencommunication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.

Extensiveexperience in design or in implementing solutions or products and preferableexperienced in qualityimprovement.

Understand design thinking and can explain and convince stakeholders.

Work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adaptingdifferent work, culture, and communication styles.

Experience on multitieronpremarchitecture design and preferred to have Cloud Network Architecture Designing

Shouldhaveexperience in managing the transformation projects

Knowledge and Understanding of Global LAN/SDWAN onprem Networking

Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless networking solutions using Cisco technologies

Experience in decision making on cloud and onprem Network Architecture design

Shouldhave solutions architect/engineering Exp.

Experience in Configuring and supporting network equipmentincludingRouters,Switches,Firewalls.

Experience on Palo Alto Firewalls configurations and troubleshooting.
Handsonexperience in configuring and supporting a wide range of network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls, with expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto Networks technologies.

Proficiency in conducting firewall configurations and troubleshooting, ensuring the security and integrity of network infrastructure and data assets.

Experience in automation and orchestrationsuchasTerraform, Ansible, scripting

Experience in setting up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health, performance and availability of infrastructure and applications.
