募集部門の紹介

CMV＆MPNグループは、武田薬品工業株式会社　第二事業部　希少疾患マーケティング統括部の中で、2024年8月に発売された抗サイトメガロウイルス化学療法剤「リブテンシティ®錠200㎎」及び本態性血小板血症治療剤「アグリリンカプセル0.5m」のブランドマーケティング活動を部署でございます。リブテンシティに関しては、新製品でありかつグローバル戦略品であるため、クロスファンクショナルおよびクロスリージョナルのステークホルダーと緊密に連携を行っています。

職務内容

• 市場環境、顧客、製品およびポートフォリオを深く理解し、ブランドチーム、関係部門などと協力しながらビジネス課題を特定・構造化・分析し、課題を解決するための製品戦略を立案する
• 製品戦略に基づく実行プランの一部を立案・実行・評価まで責任を持って実施する
• リサーチャーと共に、市場環境の正確な理解、戦略立案のための仮説の検証、打ち手の評価を一次・二次調査により明確にし戦略の検証・改善を行う
• 戦略の立案・実行に際して社内外のステークホルダへ提案し、承認・サポートを獲得する
• 営業部門を始めとする他部門とのコミュニケーション、社外医学専門家のマネジメントを円滑に行い、戦略の実行を徹底する
• グローバルチームや他国と協力しながら日本に留まらない製品価値の最大化をサポートする

＜学歴＞

• 学士または修士号

＜実務経験＞ 

• 医薬品業界でのマーケティング経験３年以上
• Budget reviewにてマネジメントに対し予算提案を行った経験
• マーケティングにて新製品上市の経験があるとさらに良い

• 優れた戦略的思考および計画スキル
• 優れた対人折衝能力、コミュニケーション能力、およびプレゼンテーションスキル

本職務で身につくスキル・経験

• 年3回のBudget reviewとBrand Plan作成を通じて、品目の戦略立案と目標及び経費の立案に携われます
• Budget reviewやBrand Plan作成を通じて、PresidentなどTop managementに提出するに値する資料の作成スキルが身に付きます。
• 適応追加の経験やグローバルとのコミュニケーションの経験が得られます。

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
