Job Description
Job Title: Sales Specialty Representative IBD (HB-TS3 Chula,North,East)
Location: Bangkok Thailand
About the role:
To drive eligible patient access, manage resources effectively, and responsible for developing and executing local strategic customer relationships to grow Takeda´s business within compliance and legal requirements.
How you will contribute:
To formulate comprehensive and insightful key account plans to build trust and reinforce relationship with key stakeholders, while maximizing Specialty Care performance together with execute and follow-up tactics and the key account plans in regards to strategies and driving treatment to eligible patient.
To Deliver agreed strategy and all necessary tactics within the key accounts in order to drive Specialty Care performance, professional delivering product and therapeutic knowledge to key practitioner and finding innovative solution to drive patient access (market access)
To Run high-level scientific meetings with customers to convey product importance by operating in a manner that is always in line with compliance and legal requirements in according to the medical and marketing and sales strategies.
To implement sales activities to be aligned with marketing strategies such as GRP, LT, VRTD…etc.
To provide approved electronic information (MCM-multi-channel-material) to physicians on Takeda products, i.e. proper medical usage, dosage amounts, side effects, etc. to alert them to appropriate use of the products
To report and analyse key information in the responsible accounts on progress and deviations of the plans execution, territory sales, together with the competitor insights, customer behavior and the update on patient flow for making changes as needed from new business opportunities
To actively participate in medical events, congresses, and field activities, including booth events in upcountry provinces and attend mandatory class
Be open to supporting other therapeutic areas such as GI or Vaccines, as assigned by the company based on business needs.
What you bring to Takeda:
Bachelor’s degree (Pharmaceutical science)
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
Prior experience and familiarity with GI or Professional Sales Specialist experience at least 1 year strongly preferred

Have a car and driver's license
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to drive to or fly to various meetings/client sites.
