Job Description

岗位职责：

•       协助项目经理进行立项准备、项目需求编写、招标、技术澄清、合同签订、预算申请等流程工作。

•       协助项目经理对项目工作流程的顺利推进。                                      

•       监督并执行EHS政策和流程，确保项目过程符合公司EHS规范要求。                                                  

•       跟进项目各环节进展情况，检查工程质量和进度是否满足目标要求。                                                   

•       协助审查工程量、中间验收、施工组织设计、各项施工方案等。                                                   

•       协助项目过程中电子和纸版文件资料的收集、整理和保存等管理工作。                                       

•       协助项目收尾阶段的user培训和文件移交。

•       完成上级分配的其他任务。

Job Description:

• Assist project manager in project preparation, project requirements preparation, bidding, technical clarification, contract, budget application, etc.

• Assist project manager in project execution.

• Monitor and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure that the project process complies with Takeda EHS requirements.

• Follow up the progress of projects, and check whether the quality and progress of the project meet the target.

• Assist in the review of bill of quantity, acceptance, construction organization, all sorts of construction schemes, etc.

• Assist in the collection, sorting and storage of electronic and paper documents during the project.

• Assist with user training and documentation transfer during the project closure phase.

• Complete other tasks assigned by project manager.

任职资格：

•       理工类在校本科生或研究生。

•       对资产投资项目管理有浓厚兴趣，愿意学习和成长。

•       具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力。

•       可以使用AutoCAD，Microsoft Office软件。

•       具有团队合作精神，能够灵活应对不同的工作任务。

•       基本的英语读写能力

•       每周出勤3天或以上，能够承诺3个月或以上的实习期。

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in science and engineering.

• Strong interest in capital investment project management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability of using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office software.

• Team player, able to respond flexibly to different tasks.

• Basic English reading and writing skills

• Three days or more working in site per week and be able to commit to an internship of 3 months or more.
