Job Description

Responsibilities (Describe the essential daily job functions.)  

1. Regulatory Inspection Support:

• Assist in preparing for regulatory inspections by helping to gather necessary documentation and ensuring readiness.

• Provide support during inspections by coordinating tasks and assisting with data or document requests.

• Help in executing follow-up actions after inspections, such as tracking findings, ensuring corrective actions are implemented, and ensuring compliance.  

2. Self-Inspection Support:

• Support the team in conducting internal self-inspections to evaluate compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

• Assist in reviewing findings and help prepare reports or recommendations for improvement.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Help maintain accurate records related to inspections and self-inspections, ensuring all information is well-documented and organized. • Assist with preparing and submitting reports regarding inspection readiness, findings, and follow-up actions.  

3. Continuous Learning and Improvement:

• Gain hands-on experience in quality compliance.

Contribute to identifying process improvements to streamline inspection readiness and follow-up actions.  

4. Other responsibilities

• Responsibility to adhere to any applicable EHS requirements.  

• Commitment to a fair and respectful relationship to others and behavior in accordance with Takeda’s Code of Conduct.

• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
