About the Role:

We are creating a new HR Business Partner position to support the growth and acceleration of activities at one of our most critical and strategic sites. How You Will Contribute:

Reporting to the HR Site Head, you will:

  • Deliver specialized HR support in employee relations, talent management, and compliance with local labor law, while partnering with leaders to enhance organizational capability, structure, and culture.
  • Provide expert HR advice aligned with Takeda's Culture and Values, ensuring all activities comply with local regulations, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition for timely and equitable hiring.
  • Coach leaders on people management and development, drive talent reviews, and build succession plans, using data-driven insights to improve performance and retention.
  • Contribute to rewards and benefits strategies with our Compensation and Benefits team, foster diversity and inclusion, and contribute to global initiatives at the site level.
  • Ensure HR compliance, manage business risk, and work with Swiss SECO and local authorities, while leading or participating in HR projects focused on digitalization and simplification.
  • Collaborate with regional CoEs and global HR colleagues to deliver best practice HR solutions.

What You Bring to Takeda:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least 10 years of HR experience.
  • Proven HRBP experience in an industrial environment, with pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
  • Expertise in Swiss Labor Law and practical implementation in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency with business scorecards and metrics (PowerBI) and enthusiasm for digitalization.
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of programs that improve business performance.
