About the Role

As theIPS Partner, you will bring your expertise to implement and overseePatient Support Programs (PSPs), ensuring they align withglobal strategy, meetlocal brand objectives, and adhere to thehighest operational and compliance standards. Working across cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes by embedding patient insights into cutting-edge support solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Implement and managelocal PSPsin alignment withglobal strategiesandbrand objectives.

  • Overseeday-to-day operationsof PSPs, including service delivery, resolving operational issues, and ensuring seamless execution.

  • Maintain robustdata collection and reporting mechanisms, ensuring patient privacy and data security adherence.

  • Regularlymonitor key performance indicators (KPIs)to measure program impact, patient satisfaction, and targeted outcomes.

Vendor & Compliance Oversight:

  • Manage the lifecycle of PSPvendor contractsand ensureaudit readinesswith all compliance elements integrated, such as pharmacovigilance, legal, and quality standards.

  • Actively leadonboarding and performance assessmentof service providers via defined SOWs.

  • Ensure all third-party operations comply withlocal healthcare regulationsand Takeda’s governance frameworks.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution:

  • Identify potentialoperational risksearly and implementrobust mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain logs forissues and CAPA plansin response to audits or risk assessments.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Act as Takeda’sinternal expert on PSPs, collaborating with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance.

  • Act as theoperational leadfor cross-functional PSP meetings and coordinate program documentation.

  • Support the preparation and delivery of training materials for bothinternal teamsandthird-party vendors.

Budget & Reporting Oversight:

  • Monitor PSPbudget executionand ensure efficientresource allocationto optimize cost-effectiveness.

  • Proactively track and report financial and execution progress against program expectations.

Qualifications

  • ABachelor’s degree(Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Public Health).

  • 2+ years of experiencein PSPs or healthcare operations with direct patient or HCP interaction.

  • Advanced knowledge inPSP platforms, CRM tools, and an ability to manage cross-functional workflows.

  • Strong knowledge oflocal healthcare regulations, data privacy,and risk management.

  • Fluent inEnglishandTurkish, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
