Field Activation & Execution:
- Develop ready-to-use toolkits (POSM, slides, education packs) aligned with brand directions and public health objectives.
- Plan and deploy seasonal campaigns in priority provinces/cities or high-risk areas in partnership with external stakeholders (local health institutions, healthcare providers/partners…).
- Coordinate field-based programs in schools, business associations, residential areas, and industrial parks, especially during key health moments (e.g. back-to-school, rainy season…).
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with KOLs, public institutions as well as private/public healthcare providers and community partners for joint campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Field Force team to ensure consistent, high-impact campaigns’ deliverables.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal SOPs and healthcare regulations.
Operational & Performance Tracking
- Manage agencies and vendors for logistics, material production, and event setup.
- Track campaign performance, gather field insights, and recommend improvements to enhance impact, reach and budget.
- Set performance targets and review effectiveness of initiatives and tactics.
- Optimize resource allocation accordingly to achieve business goals.
