Job Description
Job Title: Specialty Sales Representative IBD
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
About the role:
To drive eligible patient access, manage resources effectively, and responsible for developing and executing local strategic customer relationships to grow Takeda´s business within compliance and legal requirements.
How you will contribute:
Formulate comprehensive and insightful key account plans to build trust and reinforce relationship with key stakeholders, while maximizing Specialty Care performance together with execute and follow-up tactics and the key account plans in regards to strategies and driving treatment to eligible patient
Deliver agreed strategy and all necessary tactics within the key accounts in order to drive Specialty Care performance, professional delivering product and therapeutic knowledge to key practitioner and finding innovative solution to drive patient access (market access)
Support and collaborate with MKT, MA, MSL, Market access, KAM, RA, Training and align with ethic & compliance.
Deliver excellent Takeda Agility Plus Selling Model (TAPS) performance and utilize digital tool for effective HCP engagement
Run high-level scientific meetings with customers to convey product importance by operating in a manner that is always in line with compliance and legal requirements in according to the medical and marketing and sales strategies.
Report and analyze key information in the responsible accounts on progress and deviations of the plans execution, territory sales, together with the competitor insights, customer behavior and the update on patient flow for making changes as needed from new business opportunities
What you bring to Takeda:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related.
Master’s degree in advantage
Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry commercial experience in Medical representative. (Hematology or Oncology experience is a plus.)
Proven track records of achieving business results.
Travel Requirements:
Need to travel locally within the assigned district
