Job Description

PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

Este rol busca gestionar las interacciones con clientes y pacientes en cuanto a requerimientos tales como recepción de órdenes de compra, programación y despacho, quejas sobre productos y servicios y soporte de productos; atendiendo los requerimientos de los clientes en términos de servicio y calidad, alineados con los objetivos y políticas de la organización para Colombia. Además, este rol es responsable de mantener un esquema de comunicación permanente con los equipos de ventas, PSP y Supply, debe evaluar integralmente la demanda de los clientes y entender sus necesidades de acuerdo con su estructura y participar activamente en proyectos para mejorarlas.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Gestionar proceso de licitaciones y base de datos de información técnica del portafolio de Takeda.
  • Generar información de ventas para analizar el comportamiento de regiones y clientes.
  • Actualizar la información de la licitación vs la proyección y ventas para dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Garantizar un proceso de facturación sin errores para todos los clientes asignados.
  • Apoyar a equipos comerciales y gestionar los pedidos de contratos públicos y de vacunas.
  • Garantizar que la documentación se ajusta a los procedimientos locales para responder al proceso de auditoría.
  • Gestionar el seguimiento de los acuerdos y descuentos comerciales.

HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Profesional en carreras como administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, negocios o carreras administrativas afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable).
  • Experiencia en manejo de cliente interno y externo.
  • Capacidad avanzada de Excel y análisis de datos.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Experiencia en soporte al área, acuerdos comerciales, negociaciones, licitaciones.
  • Conocimiento de SAP (deseable).
  • Conocimiento y manejo de Excel.
  • Pensamiento crítico y resolución de problemas.
  • Compromiso para fomentar un entorno de diversidad, equidad e inclusión.
