Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 武田患者服务品牌(TACare)打造与升级:联合武田跨部门(BU,CAPE-PSS,CAPE-CC etc.)共同打造武田中国差异化品牌-TACare,打造独具武田特色的患者故事及影响力,建立并逐步提高武田TACare在企业内部及行业的品牌声誉和影响力
  • 武田患者服务创新与CAPE卓越运营,具体包括:

1.驱动所有疾病领域新产品卓越上市:通过整合患者旅程洞察,制定差异化患者服务策略,探索创新准入路径(如先行先试区布局),推动产品全生命周期价值最大化

2.提升CAPE运营效率:优化部门资源分配与流程管理,搭建合规高效、跨团队协同的卓越运营体系;精准且全面地管理CAPE团队财务目标,同时对运营中的项目进行全面评估和持续监控,积极吸纳关键用户和利益相关者的反馈,根据需要进行战略性调整

3.构建患者服务数字化标杆:与DD&T协同合作设计可落地的数字化创新模式(如药物伴随数字化解决方案TDPP)

  • 高度合规性:承担团队领导职责,确保项目执行100%合规,符合公司及武田集团的行为要求,从而为组织内的监管和道德遵守树立卓越标杆。
  • 全面风险把控:根据疾病环境、政策环境、项目进展及患者需求,持续进行风险评估,主动发现潜在风险并及时管理,同时在相关项目运营过程中,通过内外部统筹妥善处理特殊情况、风险事件、突发事件,以确保武田声誉不受影响,并保证项目安全运营
  • 策略性BP管理:管理并指导PS BP的工作方向与内容,成为BU高级管理者的患者服务需求的重要对接人。同时,洞察未满足的患者需求,识别现有产品及其相关治疗领域中患者的关键路径和痛点,通过详尽的分析和有效的沟通,在与内部相关团队共识相关考核标准的前提下,带领团队制定患者服务解决方案(PSS)策略及执行计划,年度MRP以及iBeap计划。鼓励团队创新思维,提出全新/数字化的举措,以提高效率和效果
  • 患者服务及管理支持:对当前平台生成的数据进行分析及报告,根据患者情况的变化实时调整,在合规的前提下,洞察各疾病领域患者痛点及不足,出具具有疾病个体差异化的患者关爱项目,通过整合现有资源,以高效的方式解决患者最优先的、最有效的痛点,为患者的标准治疗及治疗依从性保驾护航
  • 项目持续优化管理及创新

1.在项目运营过程中,寻求创新模式,协同跨部门合作,实现项目升级以及节能增效的提升

2.带领团队加强项目的合规管理(包括内、外部沟通),以及项目运营效率的提升,从项目设计、目标预估、KPI设定及预算管理等多个纬度实现精细化管理

3.在年度审计期间与审计团队密切合作,提供全面支持,确保审计顺利开展

  • 需要极强的团队合作、沟通能力,以及强大的责任心

1.内部沟通:保持与武田跨部门团队(BU,Medical,E&C,Legal,AE等)部门密切合作,确保与整体品牌战略和愿景保持一致,营造团结协作、可持续发展的患者服务环境

2.外部沟通:加强与外部合作伙伴(如NGOs、PAGs)的紧密合作,从而增强武田在患者服务领域的领导地位,并传达武田“以患者为中心”的PTRB(患者信任、关系与更优结果)理念,实现项目多方获益下的可持续发展

  • 建立团队领导力,为团队成员提供指导、辅导和职业发展机会,建立持续学习和成长的文化,帮助他们在组织内充分发挥潜力。

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 具有极强的合规敏锐度及管理经验
  • 热爱患者服务工作,并视其为长期服务的职业轨道
  • 具备优秀的品牌管理经验,深耕行业内外的信息交流,勇于挑战从01的创新举措,全面打造武田中国患者服务品牌形象,目标实现把武田中国的患者服务打造成行业标杆
  • 积极拥抱数字化创新,有数字化创新领域的工作经验者优先考虑
  • 对工作有主动思考、积极创新的能力,勇于接受挑战以及不确定性下的调整,用积极正向的态度带领团队接受变革
  • 具有战略眼光及政策敏感度,与PAAE等政策相关部门有过良好合作经验
  • 具备卓越的管理复杂项目能力,包括数据分析能力、测算能力、风险预判能力及特殊案例处理能力、多任务处理能力等
  • 对内外部客户(武田跨部门团队,基金会,患者组织等)有优秀的沟通能力、谈判技巧及影响力
  • 15年及以上医药、健康领域工作经验,5年以上团队管理经验,兼备独立品牌管理经验与患者服务经验优先考虑
  • 流利的英语沟通、书写、汇报能力,能带领团队做好总部与LOC的信息衔接
  • 本科及以上学历
