Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programs implementation and monitoring, include but not limited to below:
- Execute projects with 100% compliance
- Comprehensive Risk Management: Continuously evaluate risks based on the disease environment, policy environment, project progress, and patient needs. Proactively identify potential risks and implement timely mitigation strategies. During project execution, coordinate internal and external resources to appropriately address abnomal cases, risk incidents, and emergencies, thereby safeguarding Takeda's reputation and ensuring safe and secure project operation
- Design the necessary inspection programs according to patient’s unmet need and BU strategy, explore available and expecting diagnosis method to related RD, so as to imporve the diagonse efficiency and rate, and eventually improve the QoL by effective disease management
- Partnership with NGOs, to provide patients with necessary diagnosis method, including Rare Diease and IBD currently.
- Enable BU for diagnosis related professional advise, and provide necessary TTT for related teams, improve the diagnosis capability of Takeda
- Collabrate with NGO to build up the operational capability, including working flow, interaction guidiance with HCP & patients, data privacy policy, etc.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals, contracts, forecast, and all necessary supporting documents. Additionally, conduct in-depth cost rationale analysis to ensure financial transparency and feasibility.
- Evaluate and continuously monitor the impact and execution effectiveness of existing patient service offerings. This involves gathering and analyzing feedback from various service users and stakeholders, such as Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), patients, and patient organizations, to drive service improvement.
- Provide full-scale support for the application process related to projects, including meticulous recording, reasonable rationale, and efficient management plan, to ensures all project - related applications are processed smoothly and in compliance with relevant requirements.
- Initiate payment requests in strict accordance with the established agreements and diligently track the feedback. This helps maintain good financial management and relationships with partners.
- Complete and submit monthly project reports accurately, while also keep the project-related information updated timely under compliance policy. This ensures that all stakeholders are well-informed about the project's progress. Including various aspects of project information, such as project coverage, the detailed execution process, and budget management. This transparency helps in better decision-making and resource allocation.
- Explore innovative ideas for project process optimization and take the lead in implementing these improvements, aims to enhance the overall efficiency and quality of project operations.
- Maintain a solid relationship with internal & external stakeholders, such as BU, BPs, global Diagnosis team, NGOs, KOLs
- Assist with data filing, auditing, and supervision tasks, and strictly follow up on the workflows of the PAP/PSP, Global Service Program (GSP), and Pharmacovigilance (PV) systems to guarantee seamless operations.

- Proven ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of brand strategic imperatives while maintaining and deepening relationships
Execution:
- Stong experience in patient support program execution and management
- Ability to develop solutions and collaborate effectively
Experience:
- Medical/Scientific diploma is preferred, alternatively a degree in business may be considered.
- Pharmaceutical industry (>10yrs) is required, including intimate knowledge promotional code and relevant legislation for interaction with patients.
- Strong understanding of the patient support environment.
