Job Description

・バッチレコードやログブック等の文書化に関して詳細且つ正確に記録する。

・製造設備の洗浄化に使用される手順を順守する。

・医薬品製造機械を操作し、調製、充填、滅菌、目視/自動検査、包装などの製造手順を実行する。

・切り替え作業の実施する。

・問題に関連する処置に関する是正措置の特定および支援を行う。

・要求される工程品質確認および正確な記録を実行する。

・安全且つ効率的な業務を遂行するための手順を実行する。

・チームメンバーと協力して業務を遂行する。

・他の製造作業者のOJTを支援する。

・グレードA/Bの汚染を最小限する無菌担当者として無菌操作を実行する。

・新しい担当業務の方法と手順を確立し、他の担当者への支援を提供する。

・ファンクションリーダーに問題を効果的に伝える。

・すべてのcGMP、コンプライアンス、規制義務と品質要件を順守する。

・継続的な改善機会（AGILE）の特定と実施を支援、関与、主導する。

・部門の目標やタケダイズムを達成するための関連業務を遂行する。

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
