VALUE & ACCESS MANAGER
PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO
Este cargo es responsable de desarrollar, en colaboración con las EPS e IPS que hacen parte del modelo de gestión integral, la propuesta de valor de Takeda orientada a mejorar el acceso de los pacientes a las terapias, fortalecer la gestión de la enfermedad y monitorear los indicadores de gestión del riesgo.
Esta posición es fundamental para optimizar la gestión operativa, ampliar el acceso a tratamientos de alta tecnología.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Liderar el diseño e implementación de estrategias para el acceso de los pacientes a las terapias, garantizando una adecuada ejecución.
- Analizar la información disponible para tomar decisiones que generen un impacto positivo en los pacientes y en el sistema de salud, asegurando la mejora continua de los programas.
- Participar proactivamente en todas las actividades definidas para el cargo dentro del marco del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST), promoviendo el autocuidado y el cumplimiento de la política de la Compañía en esta materia.
- Diseño y análisis de estudios clínicos aplicados al sistema de salud para encontrar insight claves para la compañía.
HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA:
- Profesional en medicina, con al menos 4 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica.
- Experiencia en mercados de productos de alto costo.
- Preferiblemente con posgrado en farmacoeconomía o áreas afines.
- Dominio del inglés a nivel intermedio o avanzado (nivel de negocios).
- Comunicación asertiva y pensamiento analítico.
- Capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con los diferentes actores del sector asegurador y de prestación de servicios de salud.
- Pensamiento estratégico, orientado al desarrollo de propuestas innovadoras para las aseguradoras.
- Habilidad de negociación y capacidad para manejar situaciones y tomar decisiones bajo presión.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos de manera simultánea.
- Compromiso con la promoción de un entorno diverso, equitativo e inclusivo.
