Job Description

PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

Este rol es responsable de alinear y ejecutar la estrategia y el plan táctico para la interacción con la comunidad científica. Además, lidera al equipo de MSL desde una perspectiva individual y de trabajo en equipo.

Asimismo, fomenta el trabajo cross-funcional para garantiza la comprensión eficiente y profunda de la ruta del paciente y los productos de Takeda por parte los stakeholders.

Este rol reporta al Medical Affairs Head y tiene su base en Bogotá, Colombia.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Entrenar, capacitar y gestionar el desempeño de los MSL, incluyendo el monitoreo de métricas para establecer KPIs, garantizando la excelencia en la ejecución de su función para lograr objetivos estratégicos y tácticos.
  • Garantizar que se establezcan trayectorias de carrera sólidas mediante una planificación de formación y desarrollo (desde una mirada individual y de equipo) para garantizar compromiso y retención del talento.
  • Pensamiento estratégico para desarrollar y ejecutar los planes médicos y la apropiación de las herramientas de MSL según el enfoque estratégico de cada marca.
  • Garantizar que los MSL posean conocimientos científicos sólidos y actualizados para facilitar intercambios científicos oportunos con expertos externos clave. 
  • Liderar y fomentar el desarrollo continuo del equipo de MSL.  
  • Presentar la evidencia clínica a diferentes stakeholders internos y externos de forma no promocional.   
  • Evaluar la precisión científica y la validez del material no promocional y su cumplimiento con los estándares de Takeda, SOP, etc.
  • Asegurar la excelencia de gestión en la ejecución de todos los procesos y administración de los recursos y presupuestos de MSL.
  • Consolidar y compartir conocimientos de campo para enriquecer la estrategia médica y nutrir a los TA Leads para mejorar los planes médicos y de marketing.

HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Profesional en medicina (MD).
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como MSL.
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando personas.
  • Experiencia en la creación y ejecución de planes médicos estratégicos.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas CRM.
  • Comprensión del territorio colombiano, el sistema de salud y la dinámica del mercado.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar hasta aproximadamente un 60% en todo el territorio (Colombia).
  • Fluidez en inglés y español.
  • Compromiso con fomentar la diversidad, la equidad y el entorno inclusivo.
